Please join Project 42's Board and Co-Founders - Steve Gordon, Brian Heywood, Sally Poliak, and Dann Mead Smith - for a festive evening at Columbia Collective, a classic winery turned glamorous event space and gardens.

We look forward to celebrating our first three plus years with you as we highlight the progress we have made and the impact we are already having with a look ahead as we continue to build a durable, free-market infrastructure in our state. We will update you on the groundbreaking work of our capacity organizations and give you an overview of our new partners including Full Court Press and The Steelhead Alliance and you will meet some of the elected officials that are part of League of Our Own Washington.

This special dinner event will highlight leaders from across the state, along with keynote speaker former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and emcee Brandi Kruse.

During Governor Scott Walker’s tenure, the state of Wisconsin enacted more common-sense conservative reforms than any state in the nation. They targeted him, and he won, becoming the first Governor in American history to win a recall election. Scott’s reforms took power from the hands of big government special interests and put it firmly into the hands of the hard-working people of Wisconsin and those that they elect to run their local governments. Those reforms, known as Act 10, have saved taxpayers more than $16 billion. More importantly, they allow local and school officials to staff based on merit and pay based on performance. That allows them to put the best and brightest in the classroom. Scott now serves as President of Young America’s Foundation who train the next generation of leaders in the fight for freedom.
